Sorry guys… I’ve not been updating my blog for more than 1 week already. Life here been busy, busy and busy. I guess this will be a very long post, lots stuff to share… It’s seriously unbelievable for me that I’ve away from home for more than a month. I’m pretty much convincing with my decision to study here instead of going to a place that I know. It’s a good start with everything new, I get to know how’s the feeling of being independent all the time. I’m sure with what I’m doing and what should I do.
It’s sure that I miss everyone way back at home, it’s been about a month I didn’t hear daddy’s and brother’s voice, it’s happy to have a talk with them.

It’s the first day at Ananda Aged Care, I’m working with April, a senior care worker. It’s been quite ok for me since she’s quite nice and I learnt a lot from her. Beside observation, I get to do something and even though I’m not allowed to do feeding that time, I get to know the concept and explanations.
I don’t know it’s me that love crying or what? Its heart stacking to see that when I come across a resident that get agitated easily and start crying when you touch her. She’s using PEG feed and she keeps on pulling the tube on her belly. Whatever in my mind that time was, what can I do?
I guess I need some time to get used to those stuff that wasn’t in my life before. Got to work harder!

It’s Mooncake Festival, and it’s my first time to have this festival at Adelaide. Nothing much actually, most of them went for War Game. I didn’t join them as I guess I need more rest and paint ball wasn’t my game… haha^^ We got fish and prawn for dinner that night, the moon that night was really nice. I don’t know it’s my problem or what, seems like it’s true that the moon here looks brighter. Everyone said so.

It’s Sunday and it’s weekend. I went to city and heading to a senior’s house for BBQ party. Her name is Michelle too, she’s staying somewhere at Port Adelaide with her boyfriend. I love the cat^^ It’s a nice day for me, thanks for giving me such a memorable day.
I eat a lot and have lots fun. Something unexpected always happens, maybe its fate. That was probably the latest night I’m back in hostel, I guess it’s about 12.

It’s Labour Day and Public holiday! It’s good that I have holiday and no class. Public holiday here was a bit different from Malaysia, people seems to go for shopping and search for entertainment when holiday at Malaysia. But in Adelaide, the shopping mall are closed when public holiday.

We have class on continence pad today by a lady from the TENA Company. It’s quite interesting when I get to know what’s inside the pad that could hold up so much of poo and wee. I laughed a lot that day in the skills lab as we get to try and put on the continence pad on our self and the dummies as well.
We finish earlier that day and Paula don’t want us to go back that earlier. Sooo… We have gardening class! Haha… We have a walk at Hosanna looking at those nice flowers, I took some nice photo too…

We went to the Independence Living Centre in the morning with Paula. It’s pretty boring there, we get to introduce to the equipment and stuff there. I keep on yawning all the way… haha… It’s great to have Mc Donald after that^^ It’s quite fun when have Paula as our lecture, just like our mom taking care of all of us.

It’s 2nd day at Ananda, really prepare myself mentally to face a lot of stuff there. It’s quite sad that they all were in pair to the certain wings but I’m alone. I get to learn quite a lot but I don’t really like the senior care worker that lead me. I guess she’s a bit fierce looking and work in a rough way. In the other way, there’s other senior care worker that I think was quite nice.
I’m happy that I do some feeding, although I didn’t really know the resident, I try my best to get approach her and have some talk with her. I get to feed her twice for morning tea and lunch. Hmm… I don’t know is it really my voice was too soft or what? Sometimes the lectures always ask me to repeat because they can’t hear me.

Haha^^ It’s Saturday! I wake up at 9 something as I’m going out with some friends again to Marion Shopping Mall, they said it’s the largest shopping mall at Adelaide, but it seems like shopping mall like One Borneo was bigger. We take the 10.18am bus to city and have our breakfast at the Myer Mc Donald at Rundle Mall. After meal we take another bus to Marion, it’s quite far actually. Nothing much special at Marion actually, it’s just like shopping mall at KL.
We leave Marion quite early and headed back to city, have another short walk at china town just to have a look. Have our lunch at Sushi Train, Hmm… I still love Japan Boat Takoyaki! It’s much tastier than the others! Meet Geraldine somewhere at the road with her friend. Haha… We trying to disturb her^^

I wake up quite late today and skip my breakfast and lunch. Got a bit of headache at first as I was disturbed during my sleep. I wake up about 2 and follow them to do some groceries shopping at Newton which is stop 30. We walk there from Hosanna which is stop 26 until stop 30. It’s still ok for me as it’s not too hot nor too cold, now I can wear my shorts.
Haiz… Life’s been in hectic and busy pace, I enjoy it as I prefer an organized schedule rather than don’t know what to do. I hope that everyone was doing well and I’ll work hard too… I’ve got workbook, journals, current events and all those stuff to finish. Its Monday again tomorrow, that’s a long day^^ will have English class till about 6.30pm.
